Personal training program options

There is no limit to the number of personal training sessions you can have. Our trainers guarantee to show you how to have fun whilst training.  There are a number of options available, from one-on-one training to getting fit with a friend or a whole group of them!  Sessions run for either 30 or 60 minutes and can be purchased individually or in packs of five, ten or twenty.  

PT Starter Pack

NEW to our range of personal training options, the PT Starter Pack gives you the opportunity to test out personal training.  Giving you three sessions, including a health and fitness assessment and a one hour training session with your certified trainer, you will learn a lot from this introductory package.  At an amazing introductory price of $95 (valued at over $186), SAVE over $90 and get started towards being the best you can be!

One-on-one personal training

Test out a 30 minute personal training session and find your 30 minutes of exercise a day with an intensity that you cannot match on your own.  Alternatively a one hour session is a great way to step it up and work on your health and fitness goals. 

By enjoying personalised training sessions based on your needs and wants, achieve your goals fast.  Come and try it out with a one off session or establish a solid training base and make the most of the many benefits personal training has to offer with a 5 to 20 session pass to see greater results.

Couples personal training - 2 people

Couples personal training is for any group of two people who wish to train together.  Pair up with a friend, neighbour or partner to get the benefits of reaching your goals together at a more affordable price. 

Group personal training - 3 to 6 people

Train with a small group of people with our specially designed group personal training sessions.

Practicum placement personal training

UQ Sport together with The University of Queensland offer a practicum personal training program in semester 1 and 2, where participants are trained by UQ Human Movement Studies students (supervised by professionally qualified Personal Trainers).  The program generally runs for around 9 weeks and gives students the opportunity to turn their exercise science knowledge into practical experience. Each program opens for registrations near the start of the semester. Available to a limited number of participants and usually for a fantastic price, watch this space to take advantage of this great deal when next available!
