Due to changing market forces, other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing.
There may be misprints, human errors, and omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice.
Refunds/Returns
Defective items will be replaced. UQ Sport will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing to uqsport@uqsport.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Returns and payment responsibility of the return will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Payment/Shipping
For online orders, accepted payment method is by credit card (Visa/Mastercard ONLY).
Domestic orders
Domestic orders are to be paid over the phone or on pickup at the UQ Sport Activity Hub.
Shipping rates will be quoted after your enquiry. Customers are able to cancel their order at no charge if the shipping rate isn’t satisfactory. All orders are deemed final once payment details are supplied by the customer.
UQ Sport will take no responsibility for goods once those goods leave UQ Sport premises.
International orders
Overseas orders must be paid by providing credit card info by email. A payment email address will be supplied after your enquiry.
Shipping rates will be quoted after your enquiry. Customers are able to cancel their order at no charge if the shipping rate isn’t satisfactory. All orders are deemed final once payment details are supplied by the customer.
