Private sessions (one instructor, one students)
Private sessions utilise the specialised Pilates equipment, providing a full body workout. Sessions begin with an evaluation and introduction. Private sessions are the perfect option for a beginner through to the highly advanced. Assessments and personal programmes are ongoing and will change according to your individual need.

Duet sessions (one instructor, two students)
Duets allow you to train with a partner on the specialised equipment under the guidance of an instructor. This is a great way to train with a friend or partner and still have an instructor able to focus and attend to you.

Intermediate/advanced mat* (3-6 people per group)
An affordable option, these sessions enable you to develop strength, control and flow which benefits all aspects of fitness and wellbeing through greater core stability. Utilising small equipment (in conjunction with mat based exercises) a high level of individual attention is provided in a social and intimate environment. Small group sessions are held in the Pilates Studio.
