The UQ Staff Fitness Program (formerly UniFIT) is an adult health and fitness program offered exclusively to The University of Queensland staff. The program is designed to encourage staff to adopt a safe and enjoyable exercise routine as part of a healthy lifestyle. The primary aim is to provide personal attention and group support in an affordable, high quality program.
