Karate |
The Lifestyle Karate Program will introduce you to the essentials of Karate and its value in developing strength, fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and self defense awareness. The 6 week course covers strength and co-ordination drills; standup striking; throws and takedowns, and ground-fighting. Within the course you will also learn the importance of fitness and flexibility in developing strong and effective self defense and martial arts skills. Your experienced Instructors will show you how modern self defense techniques could be traced back to traditional exercise forms developed centuries ago in the Orient.
