The UQ Staff Fitness KICKSTART program is just the thing to help ignite your fitness and health and lead you towards achieving your personal fitness and lifestyle goals.
Join a group and have your fitness assessed, experience different fun methods of training, and find out about nutrition and training advice along the way. The KICKSTART program helps you:

• Increase your aerobic fitness

• Meet like-minded people who also love a fun fitness experience!
Delivered by qualified and experienced Exercise Physiologists, you’ll experience a training program like no other! Banish myths about dieting and discover fun ways of getting and staying fit. Physical activity should be an essential part of your weekly schedule, so discover how much fun getting and staying fit can be. Participate solo, or organise a group of work colleagues and KICKSTART together.
