Get fit, make new friends and enjoy the buzz of one UQ Sport's sports coaching and fitness courses. Whether you are new to the sport, or want to brush up on your skills, there is a course to suit.

 

Golf

The golf course is aimed at people who are new to the sport and want to understand the basics of the game - and who want to have a lot of fun learning!

Squash - all levels

Enhance your skills with UQ Sport's squash course. Held over eight weeks, the course is designed for beginners.

Boot camp

Get whipped into shape with boot camp. Guaranteed not to be boring - our instructors will inspire you to take your fitness to the next level.

Fencing - all levels

This exciting introductory fencing course provides you with the skills to lunge, retreat, counter-attack and parry your way to victory.

Aquatic programs

Learn to swim or sign up for stroke correction in one of UQ Sport's aquatic programs.

Athletics programs

Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, or simply try out some track and field events - there's an athletics program for you.

Adult tennis programs

Take your game of tennis up a notch with one of UQ Sport's adult tennis programs. Join a squad, enjoy group coaching, or run around with a HitFIT class.

Adult rowing program

Get out on the Brisbane River and learn to row with the adult learn to row program. There are different levels available to suit different skills and abilities.
