UQ Sport offers an array of holistic health courses to help you in your journey to physical and mental wellbeing.

Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga

Using a series of flowing postures, the Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga course will enliven and regenerate your body and mind as well as strengthening and toning your muscles.

Tai Chi - new for 2010!

The introductory Tai Chi course teaches you the initial sequence of Tai Chi moves, and some of the principles underlying them.

Feldenkrais Method

The lessons of the Feldenkrais method course are gentle and easy, and aim to improve the way you move and remove any pain or discomfort you may be feeling.

Feldenkrais Method - bones for life

Based on the Feldenkrais Method, our Bones For Life course is designed to help you generate and maintain bone health.

Hatha Yoga

Through breathing and concentration, the Hatha Yoga course teaches you ways to harmonise the body and mind.

Shiatsu Yoga

The Shiatsu Yoga course teaches you the special combination of Shiatsu and yoga. This course is taken by one of the few Japanese qualified Shiatsu practitioners in Australia.

Raja Yoga

The Raja Yoga course will show you different meditation techniques to bring your mind and body into a state of balance. Great for those who want a calm and clear mind.

Pilates

Focusing on core strength and toning, the Pilates course will improve your posture and give you greater flexibility.
