During Come'n'Try week (2-6 August) we will be hosting several Body Training Solutions (BTS) ‘Master Classes’. BTS is the latest innovation in Group Fitness Classes and they have developed several new programs that demonstrate the latest in moves and music whilst still using formats we are familiar with. Before bringing BTS to our Groups Fitness Program, we want to find out what you think of the classes. The BTS Master Classes means the national instructors for each of their programs will be visiting the UQ Sport & Fitness Centre to instruct classes especially for you. This is a one of special event and we invite you, your family and friends to come and try these new programs for free. You will have the opportunity to ‘test-drive’ Group Power®, Group Kick®, Group Step®, Group Ride™, Group Centergy® and Group Groove™. Upon customer feedback, we will look at the possibility of introducing some of these cool new classes to the 2011 Group Fitness timetable. |
