Cardio strength and toning group fitness
Choose from the latest classes that will challenge and inspire you to get the results you desire, including:
- Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK and BODYCOMBAT
- NEW Body Training Solutions GROUP STEP and GROUP RIDE
- And our specially developed programs Dynamo ABT (abs butts and thighs) and TONE WITH TODD work out - we'll get you in shape in no time!

Dance group fitness

Annual Group Fitness Carnivale
On Saturday 9 October 2010, the annual Group Fitness Carnivale rocked the Sport & Fitness Centre, with over 200 people turning up on the day to join in the festivities. The half workout, half party event kicked off at 8am and was an energy charged morning full of music, dance and motivating workout routines. Find out more and view pictures.
Zumba record breaking class
During Come'N'Try week in August 2010, around 400 participants, the most to attend a single ZUMBA class in Australia, came to experience how easy and enjoyable a Zumba Fitness-Party can be. Check out the footage of this record breaking class.
