Strong 'n' FIT
Strong ‘n’ FIT is a circuit style class comprising of up to 20 activity/exercise stations each with a duration of up to one minute. Each station has a different focus, including posture, reflexes, balance, aerobic fitness and fall prevention strategies and education. Participants will value the assistance and education from qualified exercise physiologists supervising the circuit.
Gentle yoga
A gentle and flowing style of yoga that strongly emphasises breathing and relaxation techniques, while improving muscle strength and muscle control, posture, balance, flexibility and mental awareness.
Pilates
Pilates is a series of body conditioning exercises aimed at strengthening and lengthening your muscles, where little to no impact is placed on the joints of the body. The benefits of pilates include better posture, improved flexibility, increased overall strength, better balance, joint stability, improved abdominal control and strength, improved coordination and body awareness. This class is to keep your core strong.
