Diabetes Education Program |
The UQ Inter-Professional Clinics are offering an 8 week Diabetes and Physical Education Program conducted by an Accredited Exercise Physiologists and a qualified Dietician.
The program is for people with Type II diabetes who would like to receive specialist advice and education to help promote self-management of diabetes in a facilitated small group.
Our first course of the year is running 3rd May – 28th June 2012
Thursday night 6pm – 8pm for 8 weeks
Cost
- If referred under a GP Management Plan the program is free.
- If you are not under a Plan the program is $199.80 for 8 weeks, including an initial health assessment.
