UQ has a long standing tradition to celebrate outstanding athlete achievements, club commitment and scholarships at an annual awards dinner. The UQ Sport Club & Sports Awards dinner will be held annually in May. Members from all UQ Sport clubs are encouraged to nominate for their fellow players, volunteers or administrators to show their appreciation!
The award categories aim to honour club sport competition achievements in their discipline as well as coaches and individuals that have contributed significant time and effort in the running of the club. The Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year awards acknowledge success in both sports and academic achievement.
The 2013 UQ Sport Club & Sports Awards dinner will be held on Saturday 4 May 2013.
